马克扎克为什么稀释爱德华的股份
稀释掉爱德华多的股份更多的是商业考虑。
作为公司第二大股东的他有资格左右扎克伯格的决策，而且他们之间的分歧已经很明显，而让爱德华多放弃他的股份的可能性极低（想想他对“创始人”和公司的执着吧），因此扎克伯格设局让爱德华多的合同里包含可以稀释他的股份的条款，并最终把他的份额稀释到影响不到公司的——尤其是扎克伯格的——决策的程度。
至于为什么做得那么绝，我想里面的确包含了学生时期扎克伯格对爱德华多的嫉妒。
事实上扎克伯格对爱德华多并没有那么深的感情。
我认为扎并不单纯把爱当朋友，但无可否认爱是一直支持扎工作的人，扎对爱的感情包含在对Facebook的感情里。
在哈佛里扎基本上是把爱当做提款机用的，所有前期工作也基本上是扎在做，扎提及爱的第一句是他在暑假赚了30万。
因此当爱开始阻碍Facebook发展时，扎会毫不犹豫地抛弃他，但他过不了“友情”那一关。
