“作为交际工具，只有在人际交往中才能掌握”。
口语训练是英语教育要内容，是英语教学义不容辞的职责语教学是小学英语教学中的重点,也是需要教师花大力气的难点,学生往往都有不同程度的怕开口,羞于开口的现象,所以在教学过程中采取多种有效的方法,激发学生兴趣,让学生乐说,会说,善说.作为英语教师,应当寻求对策，加强训练，切实提高学生的口语表达能力。
1．英语口语交际在小学英语课堂中无法实施起来的原因 1．1 基础知识薄弱，学生无法开口。
丰富的交流需要丰富的知识支撑。
大部分小学生英语英语词汇量很少， 他们甚至不会读口语句，更谈不上进行口语活动。
而且有部分学生在口语练习过程中明显的表现的很紧张，焦虑，甚至害怕。
在焦虑畏惧等的影响下，学生用于记忆和思维加工的能量减少，使学生的语言输出效率降低。
在课堂上学生常常表现为沉默，无法开口。
1．2 课堂脱离语境，学生不敢开口。
交际教学思想认为，语言学习的成功在于将学生放在一个需要用目的语交际的语境之中。
由于母语的影响，学生平时缺少像学习母语时真实的语言环境，英语口语练习也往往是教师控制的、机械的操练。
师生间、生生间、学生和文本之间缺乏信息上、情感上有意义的交流，学生缺少轻松愉快说英语的氛围。
学生在课堂上不乐于参与、不敢开口。
1．3 班级人数较多，学生没机会开口。
由于师资力量的缺乏，现在大多数学校是大班教学，即每班有超过三十个学生，相当多的班级甚至达到五六十个学生，学生间英语水平参差不齐。
这些给教师组织口语训练带来了很大的困难。
在课堂上许多学生没机会开口。
然而教学实践证明，小学英语课堂仍是说英语、用英语交流的主渠道。
要想有效提高学生的英语口语表达能力，就必须从课堂教学抓起，了解学生在口语交际中存在的问题并针对学生实际情况对症下药，多方位、多角度地实施切实有效的训练方法。
在新课程理念的指导下，创造性的使用教材，优化小组学习，发挥评价激励功能。
让课堂教学“活”起来，让全体学生“动”起来，让学生真正地“说”起来。
2．1 实物创设情境。
小学生智能发展尚处于低级阶段。
他们观察事物往往比较粗略，正像克鲁普斯卡娅曾经说：“在大多数情况下，学生完全不会观察，可以这样认为，他们的眼睛不用来看，耳朵不用来听。
教师的任务就是教他们学会看、听、感觉。
”因此，在教低年级小学生说话时，要在英语教学中主要是让学生多说、多练。
但是低年级的学生反复单调地操练，会变得枯燥乏味，学习效率低。
如果通过具体表演和反复做游戏，那么就能极大地调动学生的积极性与学习热情。
例如，我在教学Is this a\an ……?这个句型时，把它和以前的句子连起来组成一组小对话，通过实物作道具来完成。
我事先准备好苹果、梨、香蕉、动物（玩具）、汽车（玩具）等装在一个小纸箱里，然后请一个学生上来，被蒙着眼睛从箱里拿出一件物品，其他同学便问：“What is it ?”他则猜测:Is this a/an---?若说错了，则继续猜。
直到猜对为止。
这样同学们就来兴趣了，争着想来一试。
又如，在教学到别人家做客，主人和客人在进门时的对话，我就地取材，让一个学生做客人，在门外站着。
一个学生做主人，在教室内站着。
客人敲门（按门铃），主人问：“Who is it
”客人在门外回答：“It′s me.”或“I′m┅┅”然后主人开门说：“ Come in，please .Sit down ，please.” 虽说这个对话比较简单，但低年级的学生要说好、练好也要花时间才能做到。

直观形象的实物展示，能很快吸引学生的注意力，易于学生观察。
2．2 运用多媒体教学手段，创设交际情景氛围。
口语交际课在进行教学时用人或实物体现不出气氛，就需要多媒体制作软件来帮助完成课堂教学。
电影、电视、广播等媒体语言对学生口语发展影响不可低估。
要让学生从小学会理解、分析、判断这些媒体传播的信息、选择和利用合适的信息源，逐步培养学生的陈述、说明、辩论的能力，培养人际和谐交流的态度。
利用多媒体创设情境，具有生动、形象、逼真的特点，有身临其境的感觉，学生十分感兴趣。
根据口语交际内容，为学生营造一个想象的空间，这不仅有利于学生捕捉说话内容，还有利于他们现场发挥，使他们表达更逼真、更生动。
2．3 学生表演创设情境。
交际是语言的最基本功能，听说过程是一个理解和口头表达的交际过程。
期刊文章分类查询,尽在期刊图书馆“儿童是用形象、色彩、声音来思维的。
”（苏霍姆林斯基语）对于那些内容有趣、情节生动、人物形象鲜明的儿童文学作品，如寓言故事、童话故事等，低年级学生往往表现出浓厚兴趣，如果让学生充当故事中的主人公创设故事情境，更能诱发他们的创造力。
在教学过程中，可以组织学生进行课堂小表演，活化课文插图，进行情景教学，把学生带入仿真的生活环境之中，用英语表达自己的思想和感受，学生们在“真”实情景中，把课文里的英语真正地和生活结合起来。
例如，在学习《Shopping》时，让学生分别表演售货员和顾客，还准备了很多道具。
这样创设情景，步步引人入胜，紧紧抓住学生的好奇心，使学生如临其境，观察、想象和表达能力都能得到最充分的发展。
随着学生们神情动作的再现，既锻炼了学生的表现能力，又锻炼了学生“说”的能力。
学生们在情景中深入角色，自觉主动实践，促使多种感官参加活动，有助于英语词汇和实物实景的直接联系。
学生们尝到了成功的甜头，积极性自然增强，他们的语言表达能力在交际过程中得到提高，交际习惯也在表演过程中得到了培养。
3．加强学生的记忆能力的培养 英语口语对小学生来说是一种抽象的记忆材料，小学生学习与记忆英语口语多靠机械模仿，反复跟读，这样，记忆效果差，导致记忆过程缺乏兴趣，影响记忆的积极性，这成为小学英语教学中的一大难点。
同时，也造成由于记不住，导致不会说，从而影响了口语交际能力发展，因此，在教学中，对学生记忆力的培养是十分必要的，也是必须的。
那么，应该如何在课堂教学中有意识的训练和培养小学生英语口语的记忆能力呢
3．1 直观教学 ，眼见为实。
人总是通过感官获取各种信息来感知周围世界的存在，所以视觉在学习中占有极为重要的地位。
俗话说：“百闻不如一见。
”我在教过程中准备了各种各样的单词卡片、头饰、图片等，在教每一个新单词学生都能亲眼看见，这样也不需要花时间去解释含义。
如：我在教动物单词时，我把实物教具---动物玩具带进课堂，并让他们模仿小动物的声音和动作，比一比谁是模仿秀中的冠军。
孩子们都雀跃起来，模仿得非常好，课堂的气氛也相当活跃。
带着大家一起认识各种动物，边认识边做动作，帮助加深记忆。
3．2 玩中有学，学中有玩。
爱玩是孩子的本性。
我就利用这一点，注意让学生在各种游戏中慢慢习得单词，而不是死记硬背单词。
我把要掌握的单词以图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，实行整体大量输入，根据不同学生的记忆特点，他们会或多或少记住不同的单词。
在他们对很多的单词似懂非懂的情况下，采用各种游戏形式进行渗透，如Pass the card （传卡片）、Do the action （听音做动作）、Find your friend (找朋友)、Draw and Colour （画一画涂一涂）等，在游戏中通过多听、反复感觉，从而在脑海里的印象就加深了，这样不仅可能让学生尽情投入到游戏中，还可以减轻学生的心理压力和负担，给学生一个轻松和谐的语言环境，也使得课堂充满活力。
4．重视激励性教学评价，增强口语交际兴趣 口语交际课上，一定要重视学生兴趣的激发。
因为学生有兴趣，才有交流的动机；有兴趣，思维才会活跃。
而培养兴趣的重要途径之一就是“激励”。
人的深层需要都有渴望别人赏识的愿望，小学生更是如此，他们需要老师常用肯定和表扬的方式来保护他们的自尊心，激发他们的上进心，对他们充满信任，让他们充满自信。
对于小学生来说，批评是一种阻碍其发展的因素。
孩子一旦受到了批评，他就会觉得自己在这方面不行，对这门学科产生恐惧感，也就不会积极参与课堂的教学活动，所以从小不仅要培养学生学习英语的兴趣，更要设法消除孩子生理、心理障碍。
俗语说：“自己是最大的敌人。
”只有战胜自己，才能获得胜利。
所以课堂教学中，鼓励性的话语对小学生来说很重要，让他们在学习过程中获得一定的成就感，培养孩子对于学习英语的自信心，这样他们才有信心继续学下去，如：在一次教学复习单词时，我请了一位上课很少发言的同学，他非常紧张，不敢回答。
我一直用信任的眼光看着他，并对他说：“I believeyou 。
