我是天津师范大学播音与主持专业的大四学生。
双播是一定要靠考取播音与主持的艺术生才能够进入的。
这里要和你解释一下，你有一个小小的误区，双播不是一进校大一就直接学习双语播音的，大一和大二两年大家学的都是一样的，大一都是播音吐字发声，大二是文艺作品朗读，到了大三才划分不同的专业方向。
我们学校的专业方向分为三个，一是纯播，就是新闻联播那种的正播；二是采编，就是编辑摄像之类的幕后专业技能学习；再一个就是双播，学习用中文和英文两种语言播音。
双播的学习也是在有了一定的专业播音技巧的基础之上才学习的，即便是到了大三开始专门学习双播了，也并不是全部都学习用英语播音，还是会有部分中文播音的教学课程。
在大三分方向的时候，通常都是到了大二的下学期期末时系主任会让大家自己选择报名自己所想要学习的方向，那个时候你就可以选择双播了，学习双播的人并不是很多。
选择双播之后还需不需要考试我就不太清楚了，因为我是纯播方向。
说话鼻音重这些都是可以通过后天的训练和学习改善和改变的。
