自我介绍式的开场白，在一般场合只需简单地介绍一下自己的姓名、年龄、职业即可，而在求职、恋爱、托人办事、招标投资、深交朋友等场合，自我介绍就要做得稍微细致一点，不仅要告诉对方 个人的基本信息，还应向对方介绍一下自己的兴趣爱好、特长、成就，甚至是自己很欣赏的座右铭等。

而自我介绍保持客观一点，将朋友平时评价你的话拿出来当作自我介绍中的内容，也往往是一个 不错的方法。
比如，“我喜欢打篮球，而且我的朋友说我球打得不错。
”这就是一个非常客观的自我介绍方式。
“我喜欢”是纯主观的，而“水平如何”则是客观的，自我感觉良好并不代表实际情况的 确如此，因此，借朋友的评价—“我朋友说”才能让人感觉可靠。
如果直接自我评价说“我篮球打得棒极了”，则容易给人一种超级“自恋”的感觉，更不会获得对方的信任
