This movie follows one family from several hours before the rapture to 4 or so hours after the rapture. One of the family members is a pilot in the air, in a plane. The other is his daughter on the ground. Both are trying to deal with the events of the rapture. As a window into the lives of this family, it was a good movie. On the plane they mostly dealt with the first class passengers. They had to compress a 4 hour flight into a 2 hour movie. If you are looking for character development, that is not what this movie was about. This movie was a small glimpse into the lives of a few people after the rapture occurred. as such, it was a good movie. The movie presents the pre-tribulation view of the rapture. People slowly remember their Bible lessons from their youth, which after 4 hours, people might actually do. It was clever to put a Muslim on the plane and it is customary in movies like these to have a pastor be left behind. The pastor was a bit less broken up than I would think he would be. All babies and children (they do not specific what age) are saved, which is gracious. millions are saved, which presents a very narrow road.
